Yes we do ship outside of the uk - however times items will arrive are variable and best to check royal mail for a rough estimate.

While i love to say that your order would be done in days, i have to care for my three children too. some orders can take up to 30 working days.

Refunds can only be given if they fall under any of these reasons only;

* Fault with item not caused by usage/ or general wear and tear

* when i tem does not arrive ( only if buyer selected signed for delivery at checkout)

* I am unable to complete order for any reason.

NO refund is given for any of the following;

* No longer wants order

* order is missing and buy only paid for standard delivery**

* personlised items

* when damged through buyers own fault

**in most instances we will remake order for you and ship out agian but this will only be done once.
